Lakis Papadopoulos: "I don't like Sophia Hadjipanteli, she looks like she's ripping off Greek aesthetics"

Lakis Papadopoulos expressed his opinion about Greece's Next Top Model (GNTM). The artist spoke to the camera of the "Super Katerina" show and referred both to the jury, to the girls who participate, but also to the fact that older women are now entering the reality show.

“I saw GNTM. There is a complex tendency by the judges to find inelegant things to show that the times are changing. And the result is that they curse beautiful girls, to hurt them in front of all of Greece and make them feel like a 'circus'. I would leave," he said.

As for the older ages taking part in the competition he said: “It's sad that older ages are going. If we can't show ourselves, let's sit aside."

He then referred to the four judges who make up the panel.

"People love Vicky Kaya. Even if she falls into a misdemeanor, they will forgive her. Giorgos Karavas, very kind. When will Tasos Sofroniou take off his hat?" , asked.

Finally, he mentioned Sophia Hadjipanteli. As he said, he doesn't like her at all.

"I do not like. It's as if she shows that she is ripping off Greek aesthetics," he said in closing.

With a Greek-Cypriot father and a British mother, Sophia Hadjipanteli carves her own path towards acceptance of diversity.

She has made her own statement against the stereotypical standards of perfect beauty and is famous all over the world for her united, thick, natural, impressive brows.

The #UnibrowMovement has begun, a body positive movement that ignores the "shoulds" and promotes mold-free beauty and the freedom for people to feel confident with their unique features but also do whatever they want to look the way they want.

She has been photographed in international magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, New York Times and Vanity Fair and has worked with leading designers such as Jean-Paul Gaultier.
