Emma Stone, Willem Defoe, Jesse Plemons, And Margaret Qualley Have All Joined The Cast Of The New Yorgos Lanthimos Film

Yorgos Lanthimos, a beloved Greek director, is back and once again collaborating with some of the world's top talent. Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, and Margaret Qualley have reportedly joined the cast of director Yorgos Lanthimos' newest film, AND.

Stone previously collaborated with Lanthimos on the 2018 film The Favourite. The fifth project Lanthimos has worked on with Searchlight Pictures, AND, will start filming in New Orleans the following month. The script was co-written by Lanthimos and Efthimis Filippou, who also penned The Lobster (2014) and The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017). Plot facts for AND are currently as hazy as the movie's combination title.

“Working with Yorgos continues to be a highlight for us at Searchlight, and this is yet another truly original project that sets his work apart,” said Searchlight presidents David Greenbaum and Matthew Greenfield in a statement per Deadline. “Working again with Emma, Willem, Jesse, and Margaret as well as Element and Film4 is just the icing on the cake.”
