From Putin to Marlon Brando: The celebrities, royalty and politicians who've visited the Acropolis (PHOTOS)

The Acropolis of Athens, often describes as the cradle of the Western Civilization, attracts millions of visitors each year of all nations, all casts, all social classes, from the likes of Russian President Vladimir Putin, to royalty like the monarchy of Spain, and even Hollywood celebrities like Marlon Brando.

Throughout the 20th century and into the 21st century, many politicians, actors and celebrities of various kinds have left their footprint on the ground of the Acropolis of Athens.
