Mytilene: Teacher put chilli in student's mouth - The parents complaint

A serious complaint about the teaching practices of a teacher in a primary school in Mytilene was recently exposed.

The newspaper Sto Nisi brought to light a complaint from the Parents Association of Mytilene from 2018. The complaint stated that a 3rd grade teacher punished a student in a painful way.

"[The teacher] put red pepper in his mouth" and "later sealed it with scotch tape", the complaint said.

Despite the fact that a complaint was made, she was not removed from her position and today threatens the parents who insist on her removal.
