Stefanos Tsitsipas played another strong match to take down Tommy Paul 6-2 6-4 setting up a semi-final against Djokovic

The Greek player passed the test against a very solid Paul who has been playing good tennis all week long but ran into some issues in this match. Paul's tennis is a very exciting one but also a risky one because at times he has those matches where he misfires more than he hits.

He hit it a decent clip in this one but overall just wasn't very good enough. The opening set was one where Tsitsipas had all the control doing a lot of damage with his serve. It's going to be crucial for him to keep up the good serving if he wants to go all the way.

He finished off the opening set 6-2 thanks to some super solid play overall. The second set was far more competitive as Paul played much better than before but for the most part, Tsitsipas was able to control the match once more.

He finished it off 6-4 to book a spot in the semi-final.

Tsitsipas has become the first man to record 60 wins this year.

He's just the 6th active man to have won 60 matches in a year in his career after Djokovic, Nadal, Murray, Zverev and Medvedev.
