Dendias meets with Armenian and Uzbekistani counterparts

Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias met with his Armenian, Uzbekistani and Azerbaijani counterparts on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Poland.

Following the two ministers previous contacts in New York and Yerevan in September, they had a timely discussion on developments in regions of the Caucasus and Eastern Mediterranean, as well as on the deepening of bilateral relations and on trilateral cooperation between Greece, Armenia and Cyprus, according to a foreign ministry post on Twitter.

Earlier, Dendias met with his counterpart from Uzbekistan, Vladimir Norov, in Poland.

The two ministers had a constructive discussion on the further enhancement of relations between the two countries, with emphasis on parliamentary cooperation, economy and energy issues, including renewable energy sources, tourism and investments.

Meanwhile, the Greek Foreign Minister also met with his Azerbaijani counterpart Bayramov Jeyhun and discussed bilateral cooperation and the latest developments in the Caucasus.
