Directus brought to light a suspicious wad of cash held by a Pakistani living in Greece, raising questions on why someone has so many 100, 200 and 500 euro notes, something not commonly seen in the Mediterranean country.
"Where do Pakistanis find so much money in Greece? – Video with 500 euros," was the headline.
Attached was a Twitter video with the caption:
"Kamir from Pakistan, whom Koulis gives him a residence permit to live with 100s of thousands of other Pakistanis in Greece, has in his wallet 500 euros, 200 euros, 100 euros & 50 euro notes for cigarettes. Are you a Koulis voter?"
