Pork fry with potato fries - a quick and easy food that with a few additions can become our favourite!

Besides, the fried pork with fried potatoes is one of the most beloved choices for young and old Greeks.

Servings: 4

Materials:

800 gr. pork, cut into small bites
100 ml olive oil
100 ml dry white wine
1.5 tsp. dried sweet oregano or thyme
juice of 1 lemon
salt, black pepper

Procedure:

Step 1

Put the pork in a large pan with a heavy metal base along with 1/2 cup of water and cook for a few minutes until the meat releases all its liquids and evaporates.

Step 2

Add the olive oil, saute until the pork takes color on all sides for 5', add the wine, oregano , salt, pepper and simmer for 15' until the pan is left with its oil. Pour over the lemon juice, mix and serve.
