This is how the staff of Lamda Development describe the Riviera Galleria, the shopping areas next to the new marina of Agios Kosmas, which will occupy a large area of the former airport.
The building, designed by the award-winning Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, is inspired by the sailing ships that cross the seas of Greece and is an ode to simplicity and elegance, as it is described, with the aim of becoming an architectural reference point in the new marina.
Lamda Development has published the video of the future image of the new commercial destination of the Athenian Riviera which has entered the first five years of the projects.
It is estimated that the investment can reach 125 million euros, with a projected number of visitors close to 7 million visitors during its first year of operation.
