Fox wedged between the railings of a house in Thrakomakedones - See photo

A fox's adventure in the area of Thrakomakedones ended with it being wedged in the railings of a house and needing to be rescued.

As can be seen in the photos published by the animal welfare organisation "ANIMA", the fox was trapped in garden railings.

"An adult female fox was released at Thrakomakedones a little ago by our associate there (Ilias Nikolaou). The fox had been trapped at a garden fence and right after its release it left immediately," the animal welfare organisation wrote.

"Luckily, the citizens can now inform about such incidents and some of them have a beautiful outcome," the statement added.
