Procter & Gamble is expanding its logistics heft in Europe with the opening of a supply chain and logistics hub in Greece serving the European market, according to a report published by Hellenic News.
The hub will support the 40 distribution centres the company operates across the region, housing staff working across inventories, quality processes and service level analytics.
Greece was chosen for its strategic location and the hub will enable P&G to develop innovation and export knowledge, creating economies of scale via the seamless coordination and operation of the supply chain.
