17-year-old Beatriki Dougou broke the pan-Hellenic record that held 34 years in the 200 meters

Beatrice Calypso Dougou, who can be remembered at last year's October 28 parade, begins to write her own history in Greek athletics as well.

Beatriki Calypso Dougou in the Panhellenic Indoor Championships broke the Panhellenic record in the K18 age 200 meters category.

The 200-meter run in 25.01 seconds is now the record in Greece held since 1989 by Marina Vasarmidou.

The young athlete trains in Thessaloniki where she lives with her family. Beatriki Dougou belongs to the team of Riga Thessaloniki
