A 19-year-old Pakistani was arrested on Saturday afternoon in Athens for sexually harassing two women.
According to the police, the perpetrator approached the unsuspecting women and suddenly assaulted them. After an investigation by the police officers of the police team, the young man was spotted walking in the Kypseli neighbourhood.
The police, having the description of the criminal from the two victims, called him to search him. The 19-year-old refused to cooperate.
Then the police officers handcuffed him and took him to the Kypseli Security Department, where he was identified as the perpetrator of the two offensive acts of sexual harassment, which were committed on February 23 and March 2.
The arrested person was taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Athens.
