A strange case is being investigated by the Security Police in Kos after the complaint filed by a 34-year-old Albanian woman against her 44-year-old compatriot ex-partner. She claims that her ex-husband brandished a gun and threatened to publish nude photos of her to her relatives.
According to the complaint, which was submitted last Saturday, on Friday afternoon the alleged perpetrator approached the 34-year-old woman with his car while she was walking with her friends and pulled out a gun, while also making verbal threats.
The 44-year-old was arrested the same afternoon and voluntarily handed over to the police a pistol with a canister of gas, a box of bullets and his mobile phone. The alleged perpetrator denied the accusations brought against him by woman and filed a complaint against her for false accusation.
However, a case file was filed against him for violating weapons laws, making threats and threats of revenge pornography. He was referred to the prosecutor of Protodiki Kos.
