The "football" pita: Athens souvlaki shop serves your pita gyros with Olympiacos, Panathinaikos and AEK wrapping

If we know something for sure, it's that every Greek loves pita gyros, pita souvlaki, or however you want to say it. This is a favourite street food all across Greece, including, obviously, at football matches.

And since we're on the subject, how would it feel if you could watch your favourite team's game and see their logo on your pita wrapping?

This seems to be what they thought at the Vangelis grill in Gerakas, northern Athens, where the emblems of Olympiacos, Panathinaikos and AEK are printed on every parchment paper that wraps the pites.

Food Critic's TikTok account also gave us a closer look at Vaggelis' "football" pita gyros.
