The recent armed attack on the offices of the İYİ Parti (Good Party) in Istanbul was taken advantage of by its head, Meral Akşener, with a pre-election show she staged during a meeting of the parliamentary group.
Akşener, a member of the 6-member opposition alliance under Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, placed a series of... bullets on the stage, and launched a verbal attack with an indirect addressee at President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, her "deadly" political opponent.
"Bullets will not stop us," she declared. Then asked her party members: "We have succeeded and overcome so many obstacles. Will this bullet stop us? A spark will become a fire. Do you promise?"
“You will resist all threats and calumnies. Do you promise?", she questioned again, with the deputies and members of the Good Party thunderingly answering her: "Yes, we promise."

Akşener's show culminated when she took the bullets in her hands and started throwing them to her right and left saying, “You will face all the bullets ... all of them ... and it will become 'sun' for our people. Do you promise it? On the morning of May 15, we will make all faces smile," referring to the presidential elections in May.
The head of the Good Party is called the "Iron Lady" by the press in Turkey, although she herself seems to like being called a "wolf".
