A group of activists stormed a large supermarket chain in Piraeus on Thursday, with its members protesting what they described as the "Easter Massacre".

In particular, the activists threw red paint on the windows of the butcher shop and after shouting slogans, staged a sit-in protest, blocking sales.

Subsequently, the management of the store informed the authorities and the seven activists were brought and detained for more than four hours at the Police Department of the Municipal Theatre.

The management of the supermarket did not proceed with a lawsuit and the activists were freed, Proto Thema reported.
