Cyprus: First Live Performance of “Break a Broken Heart”

Andrew Lambrou has performed his entry for Eurovision 2023 live for the first time.

The Cypriot entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 has been performed live for the first time. “Break a Broken Heart” was performed by Andrew Lambrou last night at the Sydney Eurovision Party where Brooke who represented Ireland in 2022 was performing. Who is Andrew Lambrou?

Andrew Lambrou was born on May 25 1998 to Greek-Cypriot parents in Sydney, Australia. After winning a school singing competition at the age of 5, his mother enrolled him in a music school.

In 2013, Andrew started uploading covers to YouTube. A short clip of him singing “Stay With Me” by Sam Smith went viral after being shared by a Spanish music site, earning him 2,000 new followers overnight. He later went on to compete in The X Factor Australia in 2015, as well as Eurovision – Australia Decides in 2022.
