The 8th Delphi Economic Forum will take place at its premises in the ancient town of Delphi, in central Greece, on April 26-29.
At a press conference on Thursday, Delphi Forum founder and president Symeon Tsomokos said that in its eight years the economic event has acquired a significant international presence, and the goal is to strengthen its role and influence over the coming years.
The Forum is under the aegis of President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou and this year's theme is "Paradigm Shifts".
Besides Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, over 800 speakers from 70 countries are expected at Delphi to address one of several thematic segments, such as geopolitics disrupted, climate and environment, sustainable economy and finance, social inclusiveness, and technological advancement.
