A 68-year-old went to defecate in the underground public toilets of Georgiou Square in Patras and began to... satisfy himself, ignoring the rest of the citizens who were there and their pleas for him to stop.
The... lonely sexual activity of the 68-year-old was noticed by a 55-year-old who, naturally, was disturbed when he saw what he was doing. And despite the fact that he shouted at him to stop, the man continued undeterred to masturbate, as a result of which the 55-year-old immediately notified the Police.
The officers immediately arrived at the public toilets and handcuffed the 68-year-old, who was brought to the local department.
The 55-year-old also arrived there, who filed a lawsuit against him for sexual indecency and thus was taken to the prosecutor of Protodiki Patras who prosecuted him and, according to Tempo24, gave a verbal order to be released.
