The most expensive apartment in Athens was bought by a Swiss millionaire

A Swiss citizen bought one of the most expensive apartments in Greece, a property worth 18 million euros in the heart of Athens.

It is an apartment on the top floor of an apartment building (penthouse) in Anaktoron, defined by Herodos Attikou, Rigillis and Stisichorou streets.

In addition to being located in one of the best areas in the capital's centre, the famous apartment has one of the best views, as it has views of both the sea and the iconic rock and temple of the Acropolis.

Near the apartment are the Kallimarmaro Stadium, the Parliament and Lycabettus. The property also has an elevator.

The new owner reportedly put the signatures 15 days ago when the renovation of the property, which extends to 320 sq.m., was completed.

The apartment was sold for 18 million euros to a Swiss businessman, while the actor Dimitris Horn lived in the same apartment building.
