Athens Street Food Festival starts on Friday at the OSY depot in Gazi

The country's largest food festival, the Athens Street Food Festival, opens its doors on Friday and is full of tasty surprises.

The four weekends of May (May 5-6-7, 12-13-14, 19-20-21 and 26-27-28) the Old Railway Station of OSY in Gazi will be filled with tasty suggestions.

From 2016 to the present, the Athens Street Food Festival has been the reference point for the impressive flowering of the new "street food" scene in Greece.

It is widely accepted that its exclusive pop-up shops have introduced and at the same time established many of the culinary trends of recent years.

This year the Athens Street Food Festival will present authentic and original flavours - salty and sweet - from around the world. From Peru to China, from Mexico to Vietnam, from Arabia to Jamaica, from Italy to the USA, from India to Japan and of course from Greece.

Exciting recipes, options that will satisfy every palate. Many vegan and vegetarian suggestions.

The festive atmosphere of the Athens Street Food Festival is complemented by music from well-known radio producers, while parties with favourite DJs are organised every night.

And a big surprise: on Saturday 27 May ASFF will welcome the great James Lavelle of UNKLE for an exclusive DJ set.

A note about tickets: this year, for the first time, there is also an online ticket sale for all days of the festival.

Opening hours:

Friday 17:00 - 00:30
Saturday 12:00 - 01:00
Sunday 12:00 - 00:00
