The Acropolis Museum will participate in the annual European Night of Museums on Saturday (May 13) and celebrate International Museum Day on the following Thursday (May 18).
This Saturday, the museum will be open until midnight (09:00-00:00), which is 4 hours longer than usual. Visitors can enjoy free entry from 20:00 onwards, and the museum's restaurant will also remain open.
Visitors can enjoy free admission on May 18 during regular opening hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The theme for this year's event is "Museums, Sustainability & Well-being," highlighting the importance of museums as places where children can have fun, be imaginative, and interact with others. There will be special activities for kids offered on this day.
