Crete: 4.3 Richter earthquake in Heraklion

An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale occurred on Wednesday night (17/5) in Crete .

According to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens, the epicenter of the earthquake is located 7 km east of the Good Ports of Heraklion, while the focal depth is estimated at 5 km.
