An order imposing a sanction to suspend the operating license of the companies ‘Nammos Village Property Management SA’, ‘Nammos World IKE’, ‘MYCRE Investment Sole Property Operating Company,’ ‘Nammos Restaurant by the Sea SA’ in the Psarrou area of Mykonos has been issued by Efthimios Bakoyannis, the general secretary of Territorial Affairs of Greece’s Planning & Urban Environment of the Ministry of Environment & Energy.
Under the order, and in accordance with the law for arbitrary constructions, the operating license for the popular playground for the rich and famous 'Nammos World' has been suspended without delay and at the latest within 24 hours, until tomorrow, May 19, 2023.
As specified, the suspension of the operating license/licenses concerns all the economic activities carried out in the area where the unauthorised constructions or arbitrary changes of use have been detected, whether they exist at the time the irregularities are detected or start/ announce their operation in the same area at a later date.
