Greece, Cyprus and Jordan sign Joint Action Plan

The "Greece-Cyprus-Jordan Joint Action Plan" for 2023 was signed on Tuesday, May 30, in Nicosia by the head of the Directorate of International Relations of the Hellenic Army, Brigadier General Vasilios Tsamis, the director of the Armored and Infantry Directorates of the Jordanian Armed Forces, Brigadier General Khalil Suleiman Abed Rabbo Talas and the director of the 4th Branch of the General Staff of the Cyprus National Guard, Colonel Alcibiades Alcibiades.

According to an announcement of the Greek Defence Ministry on Wednesday, the plan is part of the broader planning of the Greek Defence Ministry regarding the international cooperation of the Armed Forces and within the framework of actions agreed upon during the talks held by the head of the Greek Defence Ministry, General Konstantinos Floros, with his counterpart, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hnaity, during his official visit to Jordan and his presence at the 13th Special Operations Forces Exhibition (SOFEX-22) on October 31 and November 1, 2022.
