The 41-year-old, who faces serious mental health problems and everything shows that he is not following any treatment, was sentenced to 18 months in prison without parole for domestic violence.

“Yes, I did, and I'm sorry, I won't do it again. I hit her on the legs, show me mercy," said the man who had served a prison sentence in the past for attacking his grandmother, reported Gegonta News.

The 90-year-old was found yesterday as a witness in court, unable to articulate a conversation, while her grandson was delirious outside the prosecutor's office, waiting to be taken to prison. The assailant did not mention the reason that led him to attack a person unable to walk.

The 90-year-old spent difficult hours because of her grandson, while the 41-year-old threatened to kill his uncle as well.

"I'm going to kill you, I'm going to melt you," he said while on a rampage. He was paroled for this and yesterday it was decided to return him to prison.
