At 54, the Greek-American actress Jennifer Aniston has one of the fittest bodies in showbiz.
Aniston's post on her personal Instagram account showed us her toned abs, leaving us speechless.
In the video she posted on social media, she shows us her exercises to promote her partnership with Pvolve. This exercise program combines functional movement with resistance-based equipment.
According to the Daily Mail, the Hollywood actress started working with the program after injuring her back two years ago.
She even claims that Pvolve helps her "strengthen and restore" her body through the on-demand classes.
In fact, he commented in the caption of the video:
"I'm officially part of the @pvolve family 🖤 SO proud to support the woman who founded us and the talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I'm so thankful for the team and excited for what's to come."
