Liverpool star Joël Matip spotted in Mykonos!

Joël Matip chose Mykonos for the second summer in a row to rest after the end of his competitive duties.

Liverpool's Cameroonian ace was caught on camera by Mykonos Live TV relaxing on the sunbeds of the Branco Hotel in Platy Gyalos with his wife, Larissa.

The central defender of the English club was wearing a cap and sunglasses and was hardly recognisable. The 32-year-old, born in the German city Bochum, started his professional career on Schalke's second team In 2016, he was transferred to Liverpool, where he still plays today.

With the Reds, he won the Champions League and the Super Cup in 2019, the Premier League in 2020 and the FA Cup and the English Super Cup in 2022. He has also worn the shirt of the Cameroon national team 27 times.
