Boat explosion in Rafina - One person seriously injured (PHOTOS)

One person was seriously injured after an explosion occurred in a 6-metre speedboat in the port of Marmaris in Rafina on Sunday morning.

According to RPN, a man was on board the boat when the explosion occurred under unspecified circumstances. He was thrown into the air and fell into the sea.

Other boats in the area rushed to help him and bring him back to the port, where he was picked up by an ambulance and taken to the hospital. The explosion and fire completely destroyed the speedboat.
