Crete: Pedestrian seriously injured by tourist train in Hersonissos

A serious traffic accident occurred Friday morning in Crete when a tourist train ran over a pedestrian.

According to Proto Thema, the man has been seriously injured.

An ambulance rushed to the scene and initially transported him to the Medical Center of the area as it was necessary to receive first aid.

The man is expected to be transferred to the University Hospital of Heraklion.
