"I want them to never get out of prison, to rot in there," were the words of Irini, the sister of 36-year-old Antonis Karyotis who was murdered after being pushed from the ramp of the ship by crew members of passenger ferry ‘Blue Horizon’ during its departure from Piraeus port on Tuesday night.
Video footage recorded by a passenger on another ship captured members of the Blue Horizon crew pushing the 36 year old latecomer away during the ship’s departure causing him to fall into the water and drown.
“Get him! Save him!” a woman can be heard shouting in the video as Karyotis unsuccessfully tries to stay afloat in the water.

Relatives and friends of the deceased Antonis are demanding the exemplary punishment of all those responsible, describing him as a smiling man, optimistic, persistent and hardworking and always with his family so that he would not miss out on anything.
"They should sit inside for life ," said Antonis’s brother-in-law.
The victim’s sister remains devastated, saying that she has lost the biggest support in her life. "I learned everything from my older brother, Nikolis," Irini said, in tears and visibly distressed during an interview with Greece’s Mega TV.
"It was inhumane what they did, he was an innocent and good child," commented a shocked neighbour of Antonis, who reportedly made the Heraklion-Piraeus trip often via 'Blue Horizon.
Antonis lived in Lasithi with his two sisters and the three had recently lost their mother. The funeral of the 36-year-old will take place tomorrow at noon in Agios Nikolaos.
