Thessaloniki: Roma man must face court for spit roasting hedgehogs - PHOTOS

A 35-year-old Roma man from Nea Ionia, Thessaloniki, is accused of violating the hunting law; he allegedly killed hedgehogs because they were a choice meal for him. He was not arrested.

According to GRTimes, the police investigation revealed that the man in question posted the relevant images on his personal Facebook page from the summer of 2021 to the summer of 2023.

A related complaint was filed by an Animal Welfare Association to the White Tower Police Department and, in particular, to the police department that deals with the implementation of legislation for animals.
