A shepherd was surprised by his sheep's behaviour shortly after taking them to graze in Magnesia, central Greece.
According to TheNewspaper.gr, immediately after the natural disaster that hit the wider area of Thessaly, and while the grasslands have suffered destruction, a herd of sheep "invaded" a greenhouse outside Almyros Volos, which grows... medicinal cannabis and ate about 100kg of the plant!
The owner couldn't believe his eyes when he found out that his production had suffered a lot of damage from the intense weather phenomenon that flooded the lands in the area, and then the animals that found food to feed on it.
"I don't know if it's for laughing or crying. We have the heat; we lose a lot of production. We have the floods; we lose the rest. And the best: After all this, a herd of sheep, which I don't know how to get back, entered the facility and started eating what was left," said the owner of the licensed cannabis plant.
"I don't know what to say, honestly," he added.
