As a last attempt to revive the defunct Khalistan extremist movement, an operation with large-scale ramifications is being handled from Canada and Pakistan by involving the narco-terror ring that is run by Indo-Canadian gangsters who operate out of Canada (The Sunday Guardian)

Pakistan’s intelligence service, ISI, has co-oped Sikh terror group leaders as drug smugglers, using narcotics as a means to finance anti-India activities. This intertwining of drugs and the Khalistan movement serves as a clandestine funding source.

A dossier from Indian security agencies reveals that ISI plans to exploit pro-Khalistani elements in various countries, including Pakistan, Germany, UK, Canada, and the US, to promote terror and hatred against India, thereby fostering an international network.

One of the largest narcotics seizure in India involved 532 kg of heroin, with suspicions of a link to Germany-based Gurmeet Singh Bagga. National Investigation Agency investigations exposed Bagga’s role as a key figure in the narco-terror network funneling funds for terrorism.

Pakistan-based terrorist groups utilise narcotic trade to generate funds for terrorist activities in India. The proceeds ae funnelled into India through couriers and hawala channels, highlighting the close relationship between drug trafficking and terrorism.
