Several days may have passed since the devastating fires in Evros, but unfortunately, their consequences are visible to humans and animals.
With more than 935,000 acres burned, according to satellite data analysis, many wild animals have lost their homes. They cannot find food and water to drink, causing them to descend into populated areas to graze so they can survive.
As reported by e-Evros, deer, wild boar, and foxes are just some animals that look for food and water near the houses.
From time to time, all these pictures and videos make us shudder and fear what the next day will be like for us, the environment and the animals.
Amidst all these images, a touching video was uploaded yesterday, September 26, on e-Evros where we see a young man trying to feed a tiny fox in Palagia.
The fox, although hesitant at first, hunger overcomes her inhibitions and approaches the man who throws her food.
