Angelina Jolie unrecognisable as Maria Callas - The first photos from the shoot

Angelina Jolie is in Paris for the filming of the new movie "Maria", which is about the life and career of Maria Callas. The 48-year-old actress appeared unrecognisable as she plays the leading Greek soprano.

After the first photos from the film were published by the director Pablo Larrain, the first moments from the filming in the City of Light were released.

In the photos, the famous actress wears a gray jacket, a skirt, a coat, as well as large black glasses and a wig. Jolie was spotted walking two dogs at the Arc de Triomphe.

In fact, the actress will dress in some of the real clothes of Maria Callas in the film. Standing next to her in some photos is the Italian actor Pierfrancesco Favino, whose role is still unknown. At the same time, the Greek Aristotle Onassis will be played by the Turkish actor Haluk Bilginer.

Also, the day before, Jolie was seen on the famous Alexander III Bridge, while she was joined by her son, Maddox, who works on the set as an assistant.
