A Greek-Egyptian Armed Forces exercise named "Medusa-13" scheduled at the Myrtoan Sea and Crete on November 16-24 has been cancelled, the Hellenic National Defence General Staff said on Friday.
It said that the cancellation was decided in agreement with and by initiative of the Egyptian side, because of the current turn of events in the East Mediterranean.
The exercise will take place in 2024.
