Mark Trifelos: From Collegiate Wrestler to Aspiring MMA Warrior

Mark Trifelos, a 23-year-old hailing from Columbus, Ohio, is set to make his long-anticipated debut in amateur MMA this upcoming Saturday, November 11, 2023.

A former collegiate wrestler at the University of Findlay, Trifelos is poised to transition his combat sports prowess into MMA with aspirations of becoming a professional.

During his time in college, Trifelos honed his fighting skills as a member of the Demolition Fight Team based in Findlay, Ohio. Under the guidance of coach Gary Young, he trained alongside notable figures in the MMA world, including UFC newcomer Dylan Budka and CFFC veteran Feraris Golden. Additionally, Trifelos had the privilege of training with experienced fighters such as Alonzo Turner, who has made his mark in organizations like LFA and CFFC.

Since graduating from college, Mark Trifelos has relocated his training base to the Ronin Training Center in Columbus, Ohio, where he continues refining his fighting skills. As a staunch Greek-American, Trifelos draws inspiration from his ancestral heritage, firmly believing that his destiny as a warrior is ingrained in his Greek blood.
