For over three decades, this global event has united producers, retailers, buyers, consumers, and culinary enthusiasts worldwide, dedicated to celebrating and acknowledging quality and excellence in cheese production. The competition's scale and process, wherein cheeses are assessed without packaging or branding solely based on their intrinsic characteristics, highlight its significance.
