Greek Company Withdraws Logo Registration for "HALLOUMAKI" Following EU Court Settlement

The General Court of the EU announced the closure of a case involving Greek company Kolios AE and a group of Cypriot processors and producers of sheepmilk and goatmilk.

The case centered around the company's intention to register the logo for a product called "HALLOUMAKI". According to a press release from the Court of Justice issued on Wednesday, the company has agreed to withdraw its application for registration.
