Severe Weather Expected in Greece with Storm Oliver Impacting Multiple Regions

Saturday will bring severe weather as storm Oliver impacts various regions of the country. Attica was already hit with heavy rain overnight, and it is predicted that the temperature will decrease in the coming hours.

The western, northern, and eastern parts of Greece will be primarily affected by Storm Oliver.

Snow is expected in the mountainous regions of Thrace and Macedonia, specifically at altitudes between 500-700 meters. The continental highlands in central Greece will also see snowfall.

In the evening, snowfall and freezing temperatures are anticipated in the northern and northwestern areas of Greece.
