The first snow fell in Crete - See Photos

A few days after the arrival of the new year, the first snow fell on Greece's largest island.

Many of the mountainous areas of Crete have been covered in snow, changing the scene of drought that had started to appear a long time ago, giving the magical touch of white.

Among others, Psiloritis, Anogeia , Lasithiotika Mountains and Omalos became white, as can be seen from the photos from Creta Post.
