Daemonia Nymphe have announced on social media they are recording a new album, inspired by Ancient Greek music, ten years after their last opus (‘Psychostasia’).
"We have been working for quite some time now composing, recording and mixing new material. We are documenting the process and will post some photos and videos of the development of the work. We still have a long way to go, so we cannot announce the title of the album or the release date yet, but we will do our best to keep you updated, so please stay tuned.’’ wrote Spyros Giasafakis II on facebook.
As the band informed us, they have already passed through London (as usual), Thessaloniki, Athens and Heraklion.
Daemonia Nymphe, the band established in 1994 by Spyros Giasafakis and Evi Stergiou, are stuck in the studio recording their new album.

They may have stated they are very close to the final result but are giving a little more time. We don't know if it will be a year or something, but we will definitely have it by 2025.
For those who don't know, they started work on their new album at the beginning of 2023… Usually, of course, being late brings good results.
Dear friends, it is finally time to announce that we have entered the studio to record our new album, 10 years after our latest opus ‘Psychostasia’.

This new album will include several guests.
What they tell us, however, is that they will release some true gems, specifically, some singles from the past that remain unreleased to this day!
One of the collaborations we've heard and liked in the recent past is one of the covers of Daemonia Nymphe by Sakis Tolis of Rotting Christ.
