Chocolate terrine by Stelios Parliaros

Stelios Parliaros gives us a very easy recipe for Chocolate terrine that only requires six ingredients. This recipe is worth trying for any chocolate lover.

Materials for serving 10-12 people

  • 1 litre of fresh milk
  • 100 ml. cream 35%
  • 150 gr. granulated sugar
  • 50 gr. corn flour
  • 50 gr. Cocoa powder + a little extra for serving
  • 300 gr. couverture 55% cocoa

Procedure

Step 1: Put 800ml of milk in a saucepan with the cream and half the sugar and put it on the fire. Mix the rest of the sugar in a bowl with the corn flour, cocoa and the rest of the milk.

Step 2: As soon as the milk boils, stir in the cocoa mixture until it binds and curdles. Remove, add the chopped couverture and mix very well.

Step 3: Place non-stick paper inside an oblong cake tin and pour the cream—place in the refrigerator for several hours. Unmould and sprinkle with cocoa.
