Greek PM Mitsotakis Addresses National Security Council before Ukraine Conference

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will be tackling crucial matters of national security today Monday, 26February, ahead of his Paris meeting with President Macron over Ukraine.

At 10:00 AM, Mitsotakis will chair the regular meeting of the Government Security Council (GSC) at the Maximos Mansion. This council addresses critical issues related to national security and foreign policy. The specific topics discussed during this meeting remain confidential.

As a sign of respect and international cooperation, the Prime Minister will attend a reception at 12:30 PM hosted by President Katerina Sakellaropoulou in honour of the diplomatic corps at the Presidential Palace. In the afternoon, Mitsotakis will travel to Paris, France, to participate in a conference organized by President Emmanuel Macron. This global gathering aims to show solidarity and garner further support for Ukraine amidst the ongoing conflict.
