Air China Expands Athens-Beijing Service with More Flights and Modern Aircraft

Air China and Athens International Airport celebrated the expansion of the Chinese carrier's service between Athens and Beijing, adding two additional flights per week and deploying larger, more modern aircraft starting next month.

During a celebratory event at a central Athens hotel, Air China Athens General Manager Fan Heyun highlighted a 128% increase in seat availability for the Athens-Beijing route compared to 2023.

This expansion, effective April 1st, will see the frequency increase from three to five weekly flights and the introduction of Airbus A350-941 aircraft, replacing the previously used A330s. These larger and more modern aircraft offer 3
