European Parliament Passes Landmark Law to Regulate AI

In a historic vote, the European Parliament has adopted the world's first comprehensive regulatory framework for Artificial Intelligence (AI). By a large majority (523 votes to 46), the legislation aims to strike a balance between fostering innovation in AI development and safeguarding fundamental rights and security.
