Merchant vessel reported damage from a missile strike

A ship has been hit by a missile off the coast of Yemen, where Houthi are increasingly striking merchant shipping.
The US and the UK have carried out strikes against rebel positions in response.

UKMTO has received a report of an incident 76NM west of Al Hudaydah. A merchant vessel has reported that they have been struck by a missile and the vessel has sustained some damage. The crew are reportedly safe and the vessel is allegedly proceeding to its next port of call.
