Massive Storms Hit Dubai (see video)

Heavy rains hit the UAE on Tuesday, flooding major highways, leaving vehicles abandoned on roadways, and briefly suspending operations at the cities airport.

Estimates say more than 120mm (4.7 inches) have hit the city, with more expected in the next few hours.

ASIAN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SEMIFINAL POSTPONED DUE TO FLOODS IN UAE

The clash between UAE's Al-Ain and Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal has been delayed until Wednesday after torrential rains flooded the UAE.

The game, initially set for Tuesday, will now kick off at 8 PM local time at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium.
